Having had worked with many management companies in the past, I have been very happy with the service they have provided from the start. They are very proactive and takes initiative which helps move things along quicker. The service is much more personalised than your standard letting agent which is really useful as you have one point of contact rather than many, meaning there is much less or if any breakdown in communication. I had great results in terms of the tenants found and even did so during the pandemic which has been a difficult time for landlords. Phone calls always answered and messages very quickly which I really like as I don’t have to keep chasing them up. PIT Property Management has been looking after our portfolio for 2 years, a mix of residential single lets and offices. They have also let out a commercial unit and prepared the heads of terms and lease, inventory and tenant checks for us. We have found them to be very proactive, repairs are notified immediately and our contractors contact her to liaise with tenants and entry on several occasions.
The works are checked when completed and tenants are satisfied to close the issue.
Rents are paid same day, we have had no voids or rent issues since working with PIT Property Management.
The Inventories are very detailed and video inspections are a great addition and provide peace of mind.
